We’re not a corporate treatment center. We’re a family of men and women who believe that anyone – no matter their past- can find freedom, purpose, and hope again.
Through faith, accountability, and community, we’re helping people rebuild their lives one step at a time.

Through faith, accountability, and community, we’re helping people rebuild their lives one step at a time.
The Way was built by people who’ve lived it. We’ve battled addiction, rebuilt from rock bottom, and found lasting transformation through Jesus and community.
We’re not here to judge you or preach at you. We’re here to walk beside you – through detox, recovery, and the lifelong process of becoming who you were meant to be.
Find structure, faith, and brotherhood.
We provide safe, sober housing and a program that focuses on personal accountability, community, and discovering purpose through faith.
Healing in a supportive community of faith.
We’re expanding to create women’s recovery housing with the same heart and structure that’s changed lives across Tennessee.
The Way Ministries Hub
The Way is launching The Way Ministries Hub in the heart of Crossville, Tennessee. This will be a daily gathering place for worship, community, recovery support, and practical help for those in need.
Everyone’s recovery journey looks different—but here, we walk together. The Way isn’t a 30-day quick fix. It’s a path to a new way of living.

From rescue to recovery—to restoration
The Way is a faith-based division of REACH Impact Institute – a national movement connecting rescue, recovery, and community transformation.
Together, we’re building ecosystems of hope that include naloxone vending machines, respite care, recovery housing, and faith-based workforce programs.
Because saving a life is just the beginning- the goal is transformation.
“I didn’t come here to find religion. I came here to stay alive. What I found was love I didn’t know existed.”
“We’re not trying to build a fancy rehab. We’re trying to build family.”
“If you want to know what grace looks like, it looks like us - broken people helping broken people.”
If you’re ready for change – or want to help someone who is- we’re here.
